How It All Began
When our Founder P. Angela Cook began in the recruitment industry 20+ years ago, in a very short time she knew building relationships was one of her greatest strengths. A natural at also building credibility quickly, the innate rapport she creates with hiring teams nationwide is a result of her always raising the bar. A transplant from New York, she honed her skills while working for the largest health system Northwell Health where she recruited for 4 of their hospitals. The satisfaction she continues to gain from interacting with internal and external customers still drives her to this day and what led her to step out on Faith and birth M'Ellange Talent.
